Reef.com offers free return shipping for 30 days from purchase on unworn and unwashed products in original packaging when the return shipping label provided with the order is used. This offer is valid only in the USA, excluding Puerto Rico and any US territories. As for the shipping policy, Reef.com provides free shipping on orders over $65. Shipping is non-refundable, and all overnight and 2-day orders must be placed by 2PM ET / 11AM PT to ship out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will ship out the following business day. Products must be returned in the condition they were received, and exchanges are available through customer care.
